The Cirrus coat rack is wall mounted with seven hooks for coats, hats, or backpacks, and a series of small shelves for keys, a wallet, or whatever tools or accouterments you take with you into the world. It is built from your choice of solid American hardwood – light colored white ash, richly dark walnut, warm red oak, or inky black burnt ash, and built with exposed joinery that has been carefully designed for beauty and strength.
The shelves are inspired by landscape paintings and old trees cascading off the sides of mountains. They are perfectly sized for the things we keep in our pockets or for small mementos to greet us as we go out and come back from the day.
Each piece is built to order one at a time by master craftspeople in our shop in Albuquerque, NM, and assembled to respect the character of the individual pieces of wood. We use a durable hand rubbed oil-wax finish that’s long lasting, easy to repair, and brings out the wood’s natural beauty.
Instructions for attaching to the wall and all necessary hardware are included.
