Contemporary Custom Kitchen And Bath Cabinets in Santa Fe, NM
Kitchen
The owners of this southwestern style home came to us looking for a kitchen rebuild that matched with the southwestern theme but was contemporary and fresh. The cabinets we designed and built are inset (the doors are famed by the sides of the cabinets) with a maple slabbed face and edging that’s exposed plywood. The upper cabinets are double stacked to draw out the verticality of the room. The lowers were in great shape so we refaced them - replacing the doors and drawers and painting the face frame.
Next to the kitchen there was an open space that had historically not been useful for much. We integrated it into the kitchen by installing open shelves that extended up the wall and over the refrigerator, again actuating the height of the room. Under the shelves we placed another cabinet - floating in order to have space for the floor board heating that was already installed - that can be used either as and extension of the kitchen or a sideboard for the dining room
Bathroom Remodel
A year later the homeowners wanted to do a bathroom remodel and they called us back to make a vanity to match the kitchen cabinetry. We installed this piece with a solid surface (Corian) countertop that has a waterfall edge and integral sinks.
Anthony cutting the sink into the countertop. Its a messy business.
